Going Silver a continuation of the story.

        Let’s have a recap of where everything is at, for your business. The basis of building your business on this model is on the idea of each person managing their own nucleus of Retail Customers and Business Builders. This expands very naturally when we focus on the right activities, say the right things and pass on the right information.

            In the getting started section we learn that the program works on simplicity and repeating this same simplicity with a specific direction and a map to follow. My experience has shown me repeatedly that when anyone wins with an activity they continue to do that activity.

            Now my first new Distributor is Howard and he already has his first, Paul, which will open the door for Paul to bring in his distributors and so on. The simple activity was the method explained in The Getting Started 09 Section.

            Deb my second re-activated distributor is doing it slightly different but headed in the right direction. Her first two distributors will happen next week. The job is done but logistics are in the way. So I will continue to follow the process while these other cycles percolate.


 

Building Your Business

            With this program of 3 x 3 the main focus is to create Customers and Distributors, which in turn creates Volume. If we re-visit the plan and Getting Started your first objective is to work on your Retail Customers and sponsor 3 Front-Line Distributors who you teach to do the same.

            Looks for 3 Distributors to do the same.

            By doing this you will start to accumulate volume. Based on the plan it can generate over 5,000 in Volume.

            As you sign up distributors then the objective will be to repeat this with them. As each of your 3 Front-line completes their task of finding Retail Customers and sponsoring 3 Front-Line Distributors.

 

 Level two of the program starts to take shape and get done. Based on the program this will generate over 15,000 in Volume for a combined total of over 20,000 Points. (Required Volume for the Silver Level).

            Now as mentioned in Getting Started not everyone is going to move at the same speed and not everyone will get his or her Retail Customers immediately. By continuing to follow the program and repeating the process and working on the development of the 3rd Level you will see that there is plenty of Volume created to make sure you reach the First Leadership Level,Silver.

            The main point is that if you focus on the main activity of a minimum of 5 Retail Customers, Sponsor 3 front-line distributors and then repeat this process you will accumulate the Volume, Customers and Distributors to reach Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Royal Diamond.

            So stay focused on the RIGHT ACTIVITIES, don’t worry about the Rank; it will happen when you have enough people and volume. The design of the plan creates this automatically. Keep it simple.


Additional Information on Getting to Silver.       

            The Silver level opens up all the doors to the balance of the compensation plan. The qualifications can be found in the Policy and Procedures document but for our purpose we want to understand a few things.

1.      Volume to produce to achieve the level

2.      Number of people in the group to help

3.      This is not the end but the beginning

4.      How to set up Silver so you move on to Gold & higher

5.      How to make sure you remain qualified

6.      How to build your distributorship so it creates a residual income in the future

7.      Where do you spend your time

8.      What to teach others.

Now let’s take a more in depth look at each item from this list as these are,

and will be the foundation points for building a very successful Business just like I have already done.


#1. Qualifications to go Silver. The number that’s important for doing this in one month is 20,000 points and for up to four months that number is 25,000. So to reach the Silver level in a one-month time frame you need 20,000 points. If you need more time and up to four months you would need 25,000 Points. If we look at our model of 3 who get 3 plus retail customers you would accumulate 20,000 points by building 3 who sponsor 3 who sponsor 3 with a total of 39 distributors each with 5 customers, 195. This would happen by completing the 3rd level of this program.

Tidbit: While explaining this to a new distributor the question came up; “Well what if they all don’t get their 5 customers all at the same time?” “ Will this effect going Silver?” My reply was slightly. The explanation was moving deeper in your group with Distributors. You may not get everything done exactly so you need to understand other ways to get the job done. One of my success stories for building a large business was exactly based on this. I studied the Compensation Plan so that I could understand many ways of accomplishing the objective. SO you could sponsor a 4th person or you could help your front line sponsor more or you could create more customers. The list is endless. The basis for a Plan is to provide a route. I know if you follow the plan it will work for you like it’s working for me.

 

 

#2. Number of people in the group who can help. Hindsight is a perfect science and from my experience the more people you have in your group the better. However this should be clarified to the more productive and satisfied people you have in your group the better. So as you build your business helping your 3 front- line get their 3 front -line creates more. Each one will open many more doors. So you grow from 1 to 3 to 9 to 27 to 81 to 243 to 729 in a series of well directed and planned moves. The big picture being that you can see that you make the larger incomes from the larger numbers in your organization and therefore by focusing on the level-by-level build you will get there. To get to 27 it is done by first helping 3 get 3, which creates 9 and then helping these 9 get 3, which equals 27.

From Vested Interest; the whole object is to focus on the activities that work don’t worry about the results. The results will happen when you complete the activities that were designed to create the results.


#3. This is not the end but the beginning.  I can’t remember who said this statement but I like it and it is critical to your future. Goals are important, purpose is important and life is important. Silver is a stepping-stone on your route to your final objective. Once accomplished it really opens the door so you can have a profitable long-term business that allows everything else to work. “No Money nothing workey”. I think you get the message. When I first started, my Goal was $8,000 per month and that was because that was what I needed to live my life and take care of my responsibilities. So that is the Plan I drew it out and that became the Goal. When I reached that Goal I changed to a new one. My suggestion on this is pick an Income objective that makes sense for you and your family and then set your sights on that and I am sure that will take you way past Silver.
#4. How to set up Silver so you move on to Gold and higher. It is very important to understand that your success and advancement depends on what others do and accomplish. Now in going Silver you now know that “as many as possible” is the name of the game. But now it becomes important to see what Gold and above are comprised of so you can start the build now and when you reach Silver you are well on your way to Gold. This applies all the way up.

 

To become a Gold with the Nikken comp plan means that you have 3 directly sponsored distributors who become Silver. Once this happens then you become Gold and then are entitled to all the benefits. The important aspect of this quest is in having the 3 distributors who want to go, are playing the game and having fun.

Here’s the point somehow you and your support team want to make sure that you direct your front line and help them get results both from finding customers and sponsoring distributors. In my experience direction and support by the up-line is critical and while your frontline is starting and brings in a new distributor you get to know the new distributor and focus on them getting their retail customers and sponsoring new distributors. We all love seeing activity below us and the more the better and the deeper you push this the more there is.


#5. How do you ensure you remain qualified? What I love about this program is the focus on developing a Retail Customer base and this is now going to be much easier with the factors involved. Put some attention on this and your qualifying requirements will be achieved. What you put your attention on you can get.

#6.How to build your distributorship so it creates a residual income in the future.  Follow the program as described and keep your focus at the bottom where the new people are. Make sure they understand what to do so they in turn will keep it going. Don’t stop pushing until you get pushed. You’ll get pushed when your Successful distributors become viable and they will push you up because they become successful. Secondly really work on your Retail Machine. Build it one piece at a time; we are never going to run out of prospects. But keep your attention on it. If you don’t it won’t happen on it’s own. Right now I am working on how I can send people to my site ( when I finish it ). Then its take the product, talk to people, tell the story and send them to my site. There are many ways.


#7. Where do you spend your time? I found that the most important activity that you want to be doing is talking to people and telling the story. No one has the MAGIC ANSWER as to where the next key person is. I just knew, because others had done this before me, talk to people and tell the story and I would find others that wanted to do the same. When I first started, this is what I did the most and it created a huge business. Today I am doing it all over again and it’s exciting and fun. As your business starts to move and you get distributors in your organization teach them, the new ones, to do the same thing. You will do fine.


#8. What to teach others, This is simple and easy and fun. Simply pass on this information and teach your distributors to repeat these simple instructions. Take the Product, Talk to People and Tell the story. It doesn’t get much easier.

            Remember going silver is about building a solid foundation that grows and grows and grows. Follow the plan and make it grow. Once you start getting close to Silver you want to look forward at the going Gold Section. Click on the next tab Going Gold 09 where the story continues.
